The keynote speaker is Chiara Aliotta, an Italian award-winning designer with many years of experience as a graphic designer, art director, and brand consultant. Her work is creative, emotionally involving, and detail-obsessed. She will share how to use the secrets of famous storytellers to incorporate stories into UX design and beyond.
Along with Chiara, two enjoy the pitches of Vitaly Fridman (How to measure UX and the impact of design) and Karapet Gyumjibashyan (Product success through powerful stories). Eduard Hambardzumyan and Vahagn Karamyan will lead the Q&A session.

An introduction to the elements of storytelling and the user journey following the 3 act structure.
15 min Coffee break (Fireside chat with participants)
Based on the user journey of a fictional product, participants need to design and think in terms of a storyboard
In this last act, participants will be asked to present their storyboards and also learn storytelling techniques used to persuade and sell ideas to clients and collaborators.
