Lilit began her career in the IT industry as a Project Manager. Gradually, as she deepened her expertise in requirements elicitation, business problem analysis, and solution definition, she chose to specialize in Business Analysis. Today, business analysis for her is not just a profession, but a mindset - the ability to view challenges systemically and create real value. The personal qualities that also support her teaching include patience, a clear and structured approach, strong listening skills, and the ability to understand students’ challenges. These traits enable her to guide learners with dedication, motivation, and care.
