Astghik Avetisyan, boasting 13 years of diverse experience in human resources, believes that fate led her to choose this profession. Initially unfamiliar with HR when first offered a position in the field, Astghik has since found fulfillment in making a positive impact on people's lives, however small. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Culture and Development at Ucom, she prioritizes employee training and development as essential aspects of her role.
