Andrey Golovanov

During his three years of work, from 2012 to 2015, Andrey Golovanov rose from the rank of sales manager to regional sales manager, and then to sales director in the Russian Federation (in about 7 branches).
During this period, he combined his managerial position with the functions of an internal corporate trainer in negotiation skills. The company's business was tourism (sales of air tickets and hotel services for large enterprises, for example, oil and gas industry, metallurgy, mining enterprises, etc.).
Since 2015, he has been managing the PRACTICUM company, which specializes in training B2B and B2C sales specialists through practical courses and workshops.
Over the 10 years of his career, he has conducted more than 700 training and master classes for more than 100 companies in various industries in 16 countries around the world.
Andrey is also an invited expert at the largest business clubs in Russia and the CIS by number of participants: Equium, Atlantis, Evolution, Capital, Kaizen Club.
He studied in Germany at the Department of Management at the Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences.

He was a speaker at the following events:
- Speaker Russian Tech Week (Skolkovo) - an applied conference on digital technologies in business,
- Speaker at Global Fitness Evolution (Skolkovo) - the largest business event in the Russian fitness industry,
- Speaker at the All-Russian Housing Congress - the largest business event in the real estate industry in Russia and the CIS,

- Mentor at Netology Group - the largest company in the Russian-speaking world specializing in online learning.
- Author of the educational book "PRACTICUM" and the online course "SALES PRO". The latter are aimed at improving the negotiation skills of B2B and B2C sales managers.
