Ani Kocharyan

Ani Kocharyan has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate sector and is one of the key leaders at RED Invest Group. She began her professional career in customer service and later held the positions of Head of Sales and Deputy Director.
Her professional activities include developing sales strategies, building and managing teams, standardizing sales processes, and implementing and effectively utilizing CRM systems.
Ani Kocharyan is a founding board member of the Armenian Association of Real Estate Agencies and contributes to the development and analytical work related to the law regulating real estate brokerage activities. She is also one of the founding participants of the initiative to introduce the MLS system in Armenia.
Ani Kocharyan is a certified Home Staging specialist and a qualified trainer in Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT) prevention.
As an instructor, she focuses on delivering practical, applicable knowledge, presenting hands-on methods and real-world experience that help professionals operate effectively in the real estate market.
