Shushan Ghandilyan

Shushan Ghandilyan is a Sr. Marketing Specialist at VOLO and a LinkedIn content creator recognized as a “Top 1% Creator.”
Her interest in personal branding began in childhood, long before the term was widely used in Armenia. Nearly a decade ago, as an exchange student in the U.S., she first observed how professionals intentionally built visibility, authority, and influence around their names long before the concept became widely discussed in Armenia.
Later, through her Communications and PR studies at the American University of Armenia and an entrepreneurship and leadership residency at Lehigh University, she explored branding both theoretically and in practice. But her deepest learning came through experimentation.
Over the past months, Shushan has grown her LinkedIn presence to over 11,000+ followers, building her personal brand from the ground up through strategic storytelling, content testing, and psychological insight into what makes people trust, engage, and remember.
Today, as personal branding continues to rise in a trust-driven economy, she combines academic knowledge, marketing expertise, and lived experience to help others build visible, credible, and opportunity-generating personal brands.
