Sona Hovsepyan is a dynamic professional with 18 years of experience in Customer Service and HR. She excels in soft skill training, customer care projects, and call center optimization. Having completed certification as a Corporate Trainer (Soft Skills) from the Corporate University of MTS, Sona continues to advance her skills by pursuing coaching training at Erickson Coaching International.
Sona has freelanced for over 30 companies, delivering trainings in three languages and positively influencing more than 3500 participants. Her proficiency extends to Enneagram, where she holds certification as a Specialist and is currently progressing toward becoming a Master.
Currently Sona is a People Project Partner and Soft Skills Trainer at an international IT company. Recently certified as an HR Business Partner by AHIR, Sona demonstrates her commitment to staying updated on industry standards and best practices in human resources.
