Sona has 16 years of experience as a People Project Manager, a coach and L&D senior specialist. She has worked for 10 years in the field of customer service and other 6 years in human resources. Sona is certified as Soft skills trainer by Corporate University of MTS Russia. She is also an IMC Armenia member. She has 12 years of freelance experience with more than 12 companies as a coach, soft skills trainer and an HR consultant. “I highly emphasize the importance of informal education, along with the formal one.
